JOHN SLIDELL
President, Bozzuto Land Company and Vice Chairman and Founding Partner, The Bozzuto Group.
John Slidell directs the development of the company's larger-scaled mixed-use communities as well as the acquisiton of new land for the apartment and homebuilding operations.  A graduate of Princeton University, John has a master's degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina. He is the current chair of the Urban Land Institute's (ULI's) national Residential Neighborhood Development Council, a member of the Executive Commitee of ULI's Washington District Council, and he also serves on the board and Executive Committee of the National Multi Housing Council.  He is active in a number of Community organizations and has served in key positions for affordable housing providers and task forces.

DUNCAN SLIDELL
Vice President, Bozzuto Land Company. 
Duncan Slidell is responsible for the management of the company's multiple phase land development projects. The projects primarily benefit Bozzuto's future homebuilding and apartment development operations.  Prior to joining the Bozzuto Group in 2002, Duncan worked in the capital markets group at Friedman, Billiings, and Ramsey, Inc., an investment bank in Roslyn, VA. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University as well as a Master's of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Washington Real Estate Group.
