Greenbelt, Maryland...H&S Properties Development Corporation and The Bozzuto Group will mark the official opening of the exciting, $100 million mixed-use Spinnaker Bay development on October 24.

A 430-space parking garage is conveniently located at the core of the structure and “wrapped” with the residential and retail elements.
