THOMAS A. BAUM
President, Bozzuto Development Company and Bozzuto Homes, Inc. and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. Tom is responsible for the development of an exceptional range of products, including high-rise, mid-rise and garden-style apartment communities; condominiums, town homes, single-family homes and residences designed for active adults 55+, as well as mixed use properties. Tom joined Bozzuto Development Company in 2001 and was named President in April 2003. He assumed the additional responsibility of directing the successful homebuilding operations in 2006. He is also a Partner of The Bozzuto Group of companies. A registered architect, Tom earned an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in real estate development from Columbia University. TOBY BOZZUTO
Executive Vice President, Bozzuto Development Company and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. Toby oversees the day to day development activities for the company's apartment development operations. More than 2,000 rental units are currently in the pipeline throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions in projects that range from urban high-rise properties to neo-traditional suburban communities. Prior to joining Bozzuto Development in 2001, Toby was a financial analyst with J.P. Morgan Chase and with Columbia National Real Estate Finance. Mr. Bozzuto holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University as well as a Master's of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University. Toby is the Chairman of the Baltimore Young Leader's Group for Urban Land Institute, a board member of Charles Street Development Corporation and serves on the Catholic Charities Building Committee.

STEVE STRAZZELLA
Senior Vice President, Bozzuto Development Company and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. Steve Strazzella currently manages the development of 2,000 apartment units in the Washington metropolitan area, and also has both commercial and industrial project experience. He has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1989, having managed more than $400 million in real estate construction and development projects for some of the largest firms in the country. Steve is an active member of the Washington Real Estate Group, the Urban Land Institute, the District of Columbia Building Industry Association and the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America. |

DORIS TOPEL
Senior Vice President, Bozzuto Development Company. Doris Topel oversees the development of over 1,000 units annually. Her responsibilities encompass the entire length of the development process, from land acquisition through project completion. With twenty five years of real estate experience, of which twenty have been with the founding partners of The Bozzuto Group, Doris brings marketing and operational expertise to her projects. Prior to joining Bozzuto Development Company, she was Sr. Vice President of Bozzuto Management Company where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the management company. Doris managed a team of seven Regional Portfolio Managers and a Management Specialist and was responsible for quality control, ensuring that the company standards were met or exceeded. She assisted with the growth of Bozzuto Management Company from approximately 6,000 units to 22,000 during her tenure. Doris is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council, National Association of Home Builders Multi-Housing Council, Apartment and Office Building Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, she served as the 2005 President of the Washington Region Property Management Association.
